Croí na Crógacht means heart of bravery. The heart symbolises the heart of the Irish people. When researching about the 1916 Easter Rising, it was said that when the 16 Irish leaders were executed, they were blind-folded and had a cloth pinned above their hearts. The 16 pins in the heart represent the 16 brave leaders.
Jessie Malone graduated from Crawford College of Art & Design in 2013 with a BA (Hons) in Fine Art.
